Customer Rewards Program

We are happy to announce the launch of the Customer Rewards Program on the OP Commander 3.0 eCommerce platform!

Here's how it works:

  • The customer rewards program will allow your customers to earn points based on purchases. Points are applied at checkout.
  • The checkout screen will only display the rewards that are available to the user based on how many points they have accumulated.
  • The customer will be able to view all rewards available to them (based on their accrued points), as well as their total available point value within dedicated areas of the site.

The rewards program can be implemented on a customer by customer basis; meaning you can offer different rewards and point weights from one customer to the next.

Reward Types Include:

  • Any item you currently sell on your site
  • Gifts (i.e. gas cards, gift cards, prizes, etc...)
  • Percentage or specific dollar amounts off the current order
  • Free Shipping

Point Weight Calculations Available:

  • One or more points for every dollar spent
  • Percentages on the dollar
