JWOD/Ability One Block & Sub Feature
We are pleased to announce the JWOD/Ability One block & sub feature on the OP 3.0 eCommerce platform! For Dealers who handle Federal government accounts, now you can be assured these clients are ordering the appropriate JWOD/Ability One items off of your website - with no work on your end!
Here's how it works:
This feature is a "hard sub", meaning that all SKU's that have a corresponding JWOD/Ability One sub SKU will automatically be blocked from ordering on the site. Instead, the user will automatically see the SKU for the JWOD/Ability One items.
For instance, if a user performs a search, browses the product categories or enters a SKU into the Quick Order screen for a product that has a compatible JWOD/Ability One item, the JWOD/Ability One items will only be shown.
This feature is available for the following wholesalers:
- United Stationers
- S.P. Richards
- Custom lists (feel free to supply us with your own custom block/sub list, additional charges will apply).
Once the feature is activated on your site, you can apply it to every company currently ordering online, or just a select few. Simply provide us which customers to activate this feature for, and only they will see the block & sub items.
